We serve seasonal dishes to supplement our menu of the day and the eveing menu. Throughout the year, we have new surprises in store for you in the delightfully atmospheric setting of Schloss Laufen. Set out in our culinary calendar, we highlight the versatile nature of dishes reflecting the seasons. Nature determines the options on the menu and hence the the seasonal themes in our culinary calendar can extend over more than one month.
