Fresh salad creations made from potatoes, carrots, sausage cheese and Wyländer white wine soup. Choose between coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water.
Experience the finest delicacies such as beef entrecôte with béarnaise sauce, vegetable pan with spaetzle, pike-perch fillet with wild rice and ricotta ravioli. For the crowning finale, let yourself be tempted by the sweet delicacies from the dessert buffet: crème brûlée with Swiss meringues, Aargauer carrot cake, Toggenburger-style Schlorzifladen (custard tart with dried pears) and panna cotta with berries from Uhwiesen.
